If you are not familiar with downtown Morgantown and are coming to festival as a visitor the best thing to do is park in the University Avenue Parking Garage or the Historic Wharf District Parking Garage, and walk to the festival. In general parking is plentiful in the garages though street parking is not available anywhere very close to the festival. If you are a vendor you can drive down to the park to unload your gear during the setup time but you must move your car elsewhere (like the parking garages) before the festival starts.
